Ryan kicked off his career back in 2009 with Avivar Audience Communications managing sports events, runs and marathons, as well as the inaugural Youth Olympic Games in 2010. In 2014, he moved to Infocus International Group managing and producing international conferences, workshops and exhibitions around the world in the energy sector. ​In 2017, Ryan continued his journey with Aux Media Group to manage concerts and events. In 2022, Ryan join FTTG Media as its General Manager, with a focus on increasing its events portfolio.

In 2021, Ryan founded Sound of Mind, an initiative to bring Singapore’s music industry and mental health organisations together to increase the awareness on mental health through the power of music.

Ryan directs campaigns and experiences for a range of projects from conferences to concerts, roadshows to online and offline campaigns, sports to technical production. Ryan’s in-depth knowledge and know-how of the industry allows him to provide the best solutions and experience for his clients.

Ryan is a SACEOS-certified Professional Conference Organiser (PCO), and is on course to take his Certified Meetings Professional (CMP). He is also a HTA-certified Instructor and BIzSafe-certified Risk Assessment Manager.
